Cancellation conditions

It may happen that you unfortunately have to cancel your trip due to circumstances, for example illness or family circumstances. Very annoying for you of course.

Since it is difficult for us to get 'last-minute' replacement guests, we are unfortunately forced to charge costs in the event of cancellation, depending on the time of cancellation:

• Up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the total travel sum.

• Between 31-60 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the total travel sum.

• More than 60 days before the day of arrival: 25% of the total travel sum.

To limit this risk, we advise you to take out good travel and cancellation insurance!
